is it me, or is a lot of people you know in the States BROKE these days?
and the housing market has bottomed out. people aren't confidently shopping as they used to and i sense an eery yearning for a change in administration to maybe usher in a fresh "new" era???
no one wants to utter the "R" word.
um..i'm just saying...
