this is a flashback photo of my fitness body model/goal that I was aspiring to get to last year (2007) this time before I discovered I was pregnant with my last child. Back then, I was Trinidad Carnival Bound and well on pace to be fit and toned for my costume.
Now that I'm back on track to start firming up and toning up for summer festivities and vacations, including beach trips, I think it's time to replace the half naked poster of my previous body idol Janet Jackson that has been on my office wall with this photo of Soca Star Fayann Lyons.
