I've been invited to dozens so far...can't make any b/c of the kiddies and the rain, but I'll be anxiously watching CNN tonight and tomorrow, trying not to bite off the last bastion of my short, numb and brittle finger nails.

errr...however, within that 8 years we experienced:

• 9/11
• Hurricane Katrina and its after math
• the Iraqi War
• the Afghanistan invasion
• ever increasing Gas prices
• record joblessness and an economic downturn
• the Housing Market crash
• a RECESSION

better off? who is he talking about? his wife's wealthy friends? Even the big moneyed airlines that benefit from government programs and subsidies aren't buying it...isn't that right ATA and Skybus and United?
