It was great to peruse local League of Women Voters website for education on some of the referendum issues on my county and state ballot and about the General election. Heaven knows, most of us do not and are not inclined to educate ourselves independently on some ballot issues and some vote blindly or out of ignorance for what we've "heard". That is why I can appreciate a summation.
For those who do not have such a local organization , there is always the smart folks at Vote Smart, with their non partisan election information.
