this weekend's p0tty training boot camp with J-boy was an utter and total FAILURE!!!
after 2 days of trying every trick in the book.... Bribing him with oreos...sitting and reading fun books with him while waiting for him to do the deed...pouring warm water his bladder and bum to stimulate him to pee...letting him walk around butt naked and without diapers...
in the end we only got:
3 pee soaked spots on rugs in the guest bedroom, basement and kitchen
2 accidents that resulted in a pants full of doo doo balls
1 determined and stubborn toddler who has set himself to get a urinary tract infection because he would rather hold in his pee until naptime (when he knows he's getting a diaper) to pee in that diaper than actually pee in the toilet or potty
and 2 very frustrated parents! hrmph!! this is gonna be even harder than we expected!

Aw. I bet he's just regressing as a response to having the new baby around. FWIW, a new baby ended up motivating Girlie who potty trained when Bebe was just a few months old.
don't worry, i'm sure he'll come around the idea!!
hmmm guys. i hope he comes around soon.
