three little girls at the park next to me yesterday while I was pushing Jarrod on the swing are complaining about their young auntie who had just dropped them off at the park and disappeared by herself to walk the nearby trail.
"she is such a big liar" says one.
"i don't know why she always tells on us. Auntie Li says we have to respect her cause she's our elder. i don't think that's right cause she's so mean." says a second, the eldest (maybe 11) and the most vocal
"she told Auntie Milei that she spent all her money on buying us pretzels at the mall yesterday. She had $80.00 in her wallet." said the youngest (maybe 8) who looked like a cousin to the two sisters.
"that's why she lost her baby!" said the eldest. "whether it would have been a boy or girl, she woulda been so mean to that little baby. That's what she gets."
whhhhaaaaaa???

I need one of those big-eyed surpised emoticons to put here. Dang! I can't stand when kids think people owe them everything.
i was jolted b/c at such a young age, these girls think that being bad causes miscarriage. having had one myself and havng nearly a dozen close friends (i know of) suffer the same fate, their comment reminds me of the ignorance, taboo and unawareness about how common miscarriage is.
Daaaang....them were some little brats plain and simple.
I wouldn't have bought'em a dang thang either!
huh????????? so what happened after you sent them to the naughty corner? LOL
Unfortunately, this is the harsh reality of the state of children. Children should not be allowed to listen to adult conversations nor watch television programs beyond their age level. What makes me mad is the fact that parents are so irresponsible, and everyone pays for that.
